Summary:The invention provides an elicitor composition regulating secondary metabolite of a taxus chinensis cell. The elicitor composition preferably selects components such as glucose, inositol, thiamine, polyethylene amide, pyridoxine, calcium pantothenate, cobalamin, aspartic acid, folic acid and orange peel oil, and the like and reasonably designs amount and ratio thereof. A use method comprises: directly adding to cell culture fluid in a beginning stage of culture or after the cell enters a stable culture period. Experiments find that although a cell culture density is not directly enhanced after the elicitor composition is added, but a taxol yield in the same cell culture fluid of equal biomass is obviously improved, which indicates that the elicitor composition has certain influence on the metabolism properties of the taxus chinensis cell. The elicitor composition realizes outstanding technical effects with an innovative technical means, a scale production status of the taxol can be hopeful and comprehensively
