The strain is used for degrading the lignocellulose substances. The strain can be proliferated rapidly, the adaptability is high, and application is wide. The weight-loss ratio of bagged agaric waste subjected to fermentation treatment of the Klebsiella pneumoniae L252 is 30% or above, and the weight-loss ratio of maize straw subjected to fermentation treatment of the Klebsiella pneumoniae L252 is 26% or above.
