Summary:The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesives and discloses a medicinal transparent polyurethane adhesive high in strength and a preparing method thereof. The polyurethane adhesive is prepared from, by weight, 20-200 parts of polyester glycol or polyether glycol, 40-200 parts of diisocyanate, 0.02-0.06 part of a catalyst, 3-20 parts of a chain extender and 30-60 parts of an organic solvent. The adhesive has high transparence and high stripping strength and is suitable for a low-temperature environment. The adhesive can be medicinally used.
