Summary: | The invention discloses a secondary cooling method of plate billets. The method comprises the steps that a movable nozzle is adopted to conduct spray cooling on multiple plant billets with different widths, and the optimal nozzle positions corresponding to the plate billets under different width conditions are determined; a nozzle motion trajectory capable of being matched with any plate billet width is determined through the steps of fitting and regression analysis and the like, so that when the nozzle moves on the trajectory, the local undercooling or overheating problem caused by width variation can be completely avoided; the optimal secondary cooling effect on the casting billets with any width is achieved, and the secondary cooling method of the plate billets has the advantages of being good in cooling uniformity, excellent in effect, excellent in temperature gradient of the plate billets, wide in adaptable range of the plate billet widths and the like. |
