Summary:A manufacturing process of a high-pressure boiler steel pipe is disclosed. The process includes (1) a step of material smelting, namely a step of subjecting a raw material to blast furnace molten iron smelting, converter smelting and molten iron smelting, and performing continuous casting to form a round billet, (2) a step of billet punching, (3) a step of tube rolling and tubulating, (4) a step of heating processing of a steel tube, and (5) subjecting the steel tube to nondestructive testing and acceptance inspection, packaging and putting the steel tube in storage. The material for manufacturing the steel tube is T23 steel, and components of the material are optimized and controlled so as to allow the material to have better welding properties, high-temperature stress rupture strength and plasticity. Technical indexes and performances of the steel tube manufactured by the process meet requirements of the ASMESA-213 standard. The steel tube is excellent in oxidation resistance.
