本发明涉及一种在液相合成多肽的方法及应用。将氨基酸溶解在水或有机溶剂或离子液体中,得到氨基酸溶液;将含有氨基酸的溶液直接装入冷等离子体放电器中,在搅拌条件下,通入等离子体放电气体;利用高压电源在电极两端施加200~5000V的直流或交流电使放电气体放电,形成的等离子体在液体表面促使氨基酸发生缩合反应,每次反应时间为1~10min,反应后补充处理过程挥发的溶剂,重复反应3到15次;反应后的溶液经高效液相色谱分离,可得到多肽产品。本发明减少多肽合成过程中化学试剂的使用,减少反应时间。利用冷等离子诱发缩合反应,在不添加缩合剂的情况下,一步完成了氨基酸合成多肽的过程,高效环保。 The inventi...

The invention relates to a method used for synthesizing polypeptides in a liquid phase, and applications thereof. The method comprises following steps: amino acids are dissolved in water, or an organic solvent, or an ionic liquid so as to obtain an amino acid solution; the amino acid solution is delivered into a cold plasma discharger directly, and a plasma discharge gas is added with stirring; discharging of the plasma discharge gas is carried out via applying 200 to 5000V direct or alternating current onto the two ends of an electrode using a high voltage power supply, so that an obtained plasma is capable of promoting condensation reaction of amino acids on liquid surface, each reaction time is controlled to be 1 to 10min, |
