Summary: | The invention relates to a method for removing hexavalent chromium in a solution through marine Aspergillus sp. The method comprises inoculating a PDA medium with a marine Aspergillus sp. strain, carrying out constant temperature culture at a temperature of 25-30 DEG C, collecting spores, wherein the marine Aspergillus sp. strain has a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2010132, inoculating the prepared medium with the spores, carrying out constant temperature culture in a shaking table at a temperature of 20-30 DEG C to obtain Aspergillus sp. mycelium pellets, aging the Aspergillus sp. mycelium pellets in water to obtain a biological water treatment agent and putting the biological water treatment agent into a hexavalent chromium solution so that hexavalent chromium is removed. A use amount of the biological water treatment agent is in a range of 50-200g/L. The method has reduction efficiency of 70-100%, can adsorb chromium ions in the solution, can reduce total chromium content of the solution and can realiz |
