Summary: | The invention relates to a sterilization process and device for neomycin sulfate production. A plate heat exchanger, a preheating tank and a spray drying tower are used for sterilization in neomycin sulfate production. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) introducing neomycin sulfate solution to the plate heat exchanger from a feed liquid inlet, also introducing steam tail gas generated in the production process from a steam tail gas inlet, and heating the neomycin sulfate solution to 78-90 DEG C by utilizing the steam tail gas; (2) introducing the heated neomycin sulfate solution to the preheating tank from the plate heat exchanger and heating for 3-5min in the preheating tank; and (3) introducing the neomycin sulfate solution to the spray drying tower for subsequent production processing after the specified insulation time.
