An input rectifying module, an IGBT conversion module, an output rectifying module and a relay are sequentially connected with a charging output end from a commercial power input end; an auxiliary power source is connected with the input rectifying module and a main control module respectively; an isolation driving module is connected with the IGBT conversion module and the main control module respectively; a sampling module is connected with the IGBT conversion module, the output rectifying module, the relay and the main control module respectively; and the main control module is also connected with the relay. With the IGBT high-frequency large-current charger of the invention adopted, emergency startup of automobiles can be realized with instant high current adopted, and therefore, operation is simple, energy conservation is effective.
