The first signal acquisition circuit which is connected with the output end of the first relay and the second signal acquisition circuit which is connected with the output end of the second relay are added to acquire a first signal of the output end of the first relay and a second signal of the output end of the second relay. The first controller and the second controller communicate with each other. The first controller or the second controller diagnoses whether an output channel fails based on the first signal and the output state of the first relay or the second signal and the output state of the second relay.
