According to the composition, such constituents as kinetin, sodium chloride, sodium nitrite, indolebutyric acid, 6-benzyladenine, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, zeatin, calcium chloride and ethyl acetate are selected preferentially, reasonable design is conducted on the using amount and the compounding ratio of the constituents, an application method of the composition is that the composition is directly added to cell culture fluid, and the composition can be added at the beginning culture stage and also can be added after cells enter the culture stable phase. It is found through experiments that after the composition is added, the cell culture density cannot be directly raised, but the paclitaxel productive rate in cell culture fluid of the same biomass is remarkably raised, and it is shown that the composition produces a certain influence on taxus chinensis cell metabolism characteristics.
