The invention discloses a method for adjusting controlling parameters of a fan. The method comprises the following steps: (1) providing linear mathematical models of the fan at different wind speeds through fan design data; (2) designing a feedback controller by using revolving speed of a generator as a feedback signal, wherein theta= kep+ k= summa e dt, kp is a proportionality coefficient, ki is an integral coefficient, e is difference between actual revolving speed of the generator and rated speed of the generator, and theta is a variable pitch angle; (3) setting value ranges of kp and ki, and carrying out time domain and frequency domain simulated analysis to obtain all response characteristics of the fan in a control parameter value range at different wind speeds; (4) calculating a correlation function by comparing the response characteristics at the different wind speeds, and combining wind speed fan characteristics with high correlation; and (5) classifying fan states according to a combining result and
