Summary: | The invention discloses a nylon blended polypropylene powder for selective laser sintering. The basic formula involves the following components by weight: 70-90% of nylon, 1%-20% of polypropylene, 2-4% of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 0.2-0.4% of a composite antioxidant, and 5-10% of a heat conduction material. The preparation method provided by the invention includes: weighing the materials involved in the formula by weight ratio, mixing the materials evenly, sending the mixed materials into a twin-screw extruder loading hopper, carrying out extrusion granulation and milling, then adding the product into anhydrous ethanol to be dissolved into a saturated alcohol solution, then precipitating the precipitate, and carrying out discharge, separation, cleaning, drying, grinding and sieving, thus obtaining the nylon blended polypropylene powder.
