The method includes the steps that an integrated blank of the spherical hinge and the spherical seat is placed on a hydraulic chuck; the integral contour of the spherical hinge and the spherical seat is roughly machined through a common cemented carbide turning tool, and a process connecting bar is located between the spherical hinge and the spherical seat; the integral contour of the spherical hinge, the process connecting bar and the spherical seat is semifinished through the common cemented carbide turning tool; the process connecting bar is milled into three ribs distributed evenly; the semifinished spherical hinge, the semifinished process connecting ribs and the semifinished spherical seat are stored for 72 hours, so that stress is removed; the integral contour of the spherical hinge, the process connecting ribs and the spherical seat is
