The functional microorganism decomposing agent is prepared from, by weight, 30%-60% of bacteria, 20%-50% of fungi and 20%-50% of actinomycetes, wherein the effective living bacteria count of each of the bacteria, the fungi and the actinomycetes is more than or equal to 50 millions per gram of the decomposing agent, and the total effective living bacteria count of the bacteria, the fungi and the antinomycetes is more than or equal to 200 millions per gram of the decomposing agent. According to the functional microorganism decomposing agent and the preparation method and application thereof, the production technology is simple, all the bacterial strains are complete and reasonable in proportion, and the decomposing agent is high in decomposing and degrading speed and good in using effect.
