The original ingredients of allicin are kept and are not damaged, the utilization rate of the allicin is increased, and use by a user is facilitated. The water-soluble allicin mixture is prepared from, by weight, 2-30 parts of allicin, 2-30 parts of emulgator, 0.1-5 parts of mercaptamine and 40-100 parts of water. Mercaptamine is added, and therefore the water-soluble allicin mixture can be stored for a long time without layering. Mercaptamine and allicin generate the synergistic effect.
