Summary: | The invention discloses a flameproof power box for a mine. The flameproof power box comprises a metal main body made of an alloy material subjected to heat treatment, wherein the alloy material comprises following components: 1%-2% of Si, 0.3% of As, 0.4% of N, 0.7% of Al, 0.6% of Zn, 0.3% of Ru and the balance of Cu and inevitable impurities. The alloy material is subjected to heat treatment through the following steps: 1) the temperature is increased to 620 DEG C at the rate of 10 DEG C/min and is kept for 3 h; 2) the temperature is reduced to the room temperature at the rate of 10 DEG C/min; 3) the temperature is increased to 720 DEG C at the rate of 20 DEG C/min and is kept for 2 h; 4) the temperature is reduced to the room temperature at the rate of 20 DEG C/min. The metal main body of the flameproof power box for the mine has good performance and long service life. |
