Summary:The invention relates to a method for double decomposition method production of a stearate and recycle of produced waste water. The method comprises 1, timely collecting stearate waste water in production, filtering the waste water and collecting the filtrate, 2, adjusting pH of the filtrate by an inorganic acid in a range of 5-9, 3, in re-production, recycling the adjusted collected filtrate, supplying water needed by production and carrying production, wherein the water supplement amount is 0-1/5 of the reactor total volume, and 4, repeating the processes 1, 2 and 3, after continuous production 5-20 times, feeding the filtrate into a sewage station and carrying out treatment.
