The invention relates to an upright vehicle comprising a main control module, and a power supply module, two servo motors, a motor driver module used for driving the servo motors to rotate forwardly and reversely, an accelerometer used for detecting the acceleration of the vehicle, a gyroscope used for detecting the angle of tilt and rotation angular velocity of the upright vehicle, and a speed encoder used for detecting the speed of the vehicle, all of which are connected to the main control module. The upright vehicle further comprises a wireless communication module connected with the main control module, and the wireless communication module is an embedded module based on an UART interface and meeting the Wi-Fi standard and communicates with the main control module through the UART interface.
