According to the ram, through filling the first chamber body with the damping particles, during the ram vibration, vibration energy of the ram can be effectively absorbed through the mutual collision and friction between the damping particles and inner walls of the ram and between the damping particles themselves and the ram amplitude is reduced so that the processing precision of a milling machine is increased. Besides, a ram mechanism containing the ram is provided.
