Summary:A cigarette pack of the hinge-lid box type with a box part (11), lid (12) and frame (19) serves for receiving an inner pack (13) which is preferably designed as a sealed pack. Said inner pack has a closure label (41) which covers a removal opening (40) of the inner pack (13). For the removal of cigarettes, the closure label (41), which is preferably connected to the lid (12), is opened, with the effect that the inner pack (13) is raised into an oblique position. For a correct sequence of movement, the inner pack (13) is pivotable in the region of an edge (63), which is formed between upper wall (33) and inner bottom wall, because of a corresponding connection to the box part (11) and/or to the frame (19) by means of spots of glue (44, 45) and/or by means of connecting tabs (47, 48).
