The invention discloses a service processing method and a service processing device. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining scheduled service of a first application from a third-party service background and presenting the scheduled service through a service use interface of the first application; obtaining first service used information presented by the service use interface from the third-party service background, updating service presented in the service use interface and presenting an information prompt identification corresponding to first service; and detecting that the information prompt identification corresponding to the first service is triggered, presenting the first service used information and information prompt identification of second service associated with the first service, wherein the information prompt identification of the second service supports to prompt a user to add the second service to the service use interface of the first application. By applying the service processing method and the service processing device, the service that the mobile terminal user needs to use can be effectively and precisely determined without influencing normal communication of the user, and the normal communication of the user cannot be interfered.
