Summary:The invention provides an efficient PCB double exposure method. Three non-collinear holes are punched in the edge of a first substrate, three non-collinear holes are punched in the edge of a second substrate, the holes in the first substrate correspond to the holes in the second substrate, a three-point alignment method is adopted, based on the theory that a plane is defined by three points, after the positions of the three points are determined, the position of the first substrate and the position of the second substrate are fixed, a PCB is placed at the small ends of rivets, and alignment of the PCB and the substrate can be achieved. The PCB is prevented from shifting, efficiency and alignment precision are both greatly improved compared with an existing method, and therefore the rejection rate is lowered. Work previously completed by three people can be completed through one person, and it is unnecessary to specially arrange two alignment people.
