The invention discloses an intelligent remote control device of an air conditioner. The intelligent remote control device of the air conditioner comprises a case, wherein a microcontroller, a power supply control device, a temperature control device and a remote data transmission device are arranged in the case; an interface is formed in the case and is connected with a power interface of the air conditioner through a cable; the remote data transmission device is used for receiving control commands sent by a remote client side and controlling on-off and temperature regulation of the air conditioner through the power supply control device and the temperature control device by using the micro controller.
