Summary: | The invention relates to a lipase immobilization carrier, a lipase immobilization method and a method for improving chiral resolution performance by using the immobilized lipase; the lipase immobilization carrier is prepared by introducing an amino macromolecular carrier material in a molecular structure and carrying out dehydration condensation with bile acid or bile acid salt. According to the lipase immobilization carrier, through a hydrophobic effect produced by bile acid and lipase, a 'lid' of a lipase active site is induced to be opened and acts with a lipase 'lid' inner side hydrophobic part to induce lipase to be immobilized at the surface of the modified macromolecular carrier material, and thus not only is the stability of the immobilized lipase improved, but also the catalytic activity of the lipase is ensured. |
