Summary: | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing biodiesel in a field-induced low eutectic system. The raw materials are vegetable oil and methyl alcohol, stirring and heating are conducted at normal pressure, and the biodiesel is obtained. The method for synthesizing the biodiesel in the field-induced low eutectic system has the advantages that N-sulfonic acid propyl trihydroxyethyl ammonium serves as an inducer of the low eutectic system, an emulsion phenomenon is eliminated, and the technological process is simplified; the system does not contain a halide ion, and damage to metal equipment is avoided; a sodium hydroxide catalyst is adopted, the cost is low, the activity is high, and the dosage is low; the reaction condition is mild, and a reaction can be conducted under the condition of normal pressure and methyl alcohol reflux temperature; the product purity is high, and impurities are few; after the reaction is completed, a low eutectic catalytic system is prone to be separated from a product, recycling is easy, and the method is environmentally friendly. |
