Summary: | The invention discloses an integrated treatment method of p-(beta-sulfatoethylsulfonyl)aniline production wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out multiple-effect evaporation on salt-containing wastewater in the p-(beta-sulfatoethylsulfonyl)aniline production wastewater through adopting a multiple-effect evaporation technology to separate out salts, mixing a crystallization mother liquor with condensed water, adjusting the pH value, neutralizing acid-containing wastewater by adopting wastes-white mud generated in a pulping papermaking enterprise alkali recovery system, mixing the neutralized acid-containing wastewater, the crystallization mother liquor and the condensed water, and allowing the obtained mixture to enter an improved oxidation ditch in order to carry out biological treatment; and carrying out oxidation treatment on biochemical tailing water by adopting a Fenton fluidized column, wherein a packing in the fluidized column adopts modified basalt, and the surface of modified basalt packing is attached with a large amount of iron oxide to reduce the use amount of a catalyst FeSO4.7H2O in the Fenton oxidation process and reduce the later sludge treatment amount. The method allows the COD removal rate of the p-(beta-sulfatoethylsulfonyl)aniline production wastewater to reach 98.5% and can effectively degrade wastewater extremely difficult to biochemically treat. |
