The invention discloses a long-distance plate feeding device for a slitter. The device comprises a rack, a motor, chain wheels, chains, a plate feeding hydraulic cylinder and a lifting hydraulic cylinder, wherein a track is fixedly connected to the rack in the length direction, and a trolley with rollers is positioned on the track; a supporting and adjusting structure for supporting and adjusting the height of the plate feeding hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to the trolley; the plate feeding hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to the supporting and adjusting structure; a rectangular pulling plate is vertically fixedly connected to a pushing rod of the plate feeding hydraulic cylinder; a motor mounting rack is fixed to the front end of the rack, and the motor is fixedly connected to the motor mounting rack; a chain I is fixed to a main shaft of the motor; chain wheels III are connected to the near front end and rear end of the rack through a bearing block and a shaft; one end of a chain I is connected to the chain wheel I while the other end of the chain I is connected to a chain wheel II which is coaxial to the chain wheel III at the near front end of the rack; one end of the chain II is fixedly connected to a front connector of the trolley while the other end of the chain II bypasses the front and back chain wheels III and then is fixedly connected to a rear end connector of the trolley.
