Summary:The invention discloses a dish disinfection device. The dish disinfection device comprises a high-temperature disinfection chamber, a cooling chamber and a conveying belt, wherein slideways used for supporting a dish rack are formed in two symmetric sides of the high-temperature disinfection chamber; two buffering plates are respectively arranged at the two ends of each slideway; a heat insulating layer is arranged on the inner wall of the high-temperature disinfection chamber; a sterilizing mechanism is arranged in the high-temperature disinfection chamber which is provided with both a feed opening and a discharge opening; the cooling chamber is arranged at the discharge opening end of the high-temperature disinfection chamber; a cooling tube is arranged in the cooling chamber; the conveying belt penetrates the high-temperature disinfection chamber and the cooling chamber; water seepage holes are formed in the conveying belt; the dish rack is arranged on the conveying belt at the feed opening end of the high-temperature disinfection chamber; a water collection tank is arranged below the conveying belt. When the dish disinfection device is adopted for disinfection, dishes enter the cooling chamber to be cooled after being disinfected in the high-temperature disinfection chamber, and then are conveyed out of the cooling chamber by the conveying belt. Operators packaging the dishes can be protected against scalds, and the working efficiency can be improved.
