The rotor comprises a rotating shaft, and the rotor is rotationally installed to the stator through the rotating shaft; the end cover is provided with a bearing for supporting the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft and the housing are made of conductive materials and are electrically connected. According to the invention, the housing, the end cover, the bearing and the rotating shaft of the motor form an electromagnetic shielding cover together, such that electromagnetic interference of the motor is effectively inhibited and the electromagnetic compatibility level of the motor is improved.
