Summary: | The invention discloses an electric vibration damper applying shear thickening fluid, and relates to the technical field of transformer substation electric power guarantee equipment. The electric vibration damper comprises an electric stay cable, a hoop tube and an annular tube cylinder. The hoop tube and the annular tube cylinder are made of silica gel or rubber material. The annular tube cylinder has a shell structure which is internally provided with a cavity, and a center channel is arranged on the axial direction of the annular tube cylinder. The cavity is internally filled with shear thickening fluid. The side surface of the annular tube cylinder is provided with an elastic shrinkage expansion sealing cap which is communicated with the cavity. The hoop tube penetrates through the center channel of the annular tube cylinder and is fixedly connected with the internal wall of the center channel. The hoop tube sleeves the external part of the electric stay cable. A gap between the hoop tube and the electric stay wire is provided with an annular gluing cavity which is internally filled with flexible glue. Both of the hoop tube and the annular tube cylinder have a half body butting sealing structure. The beneficial effects of the electric vibration damper applying shear thickening fluid are that vibration of the electric stay wire is reduced by applying shear thickening fluid so that the effect is obvious and the structure is simple. |
