Summary: | The invention discloses forming liquid of an anticorrosion aluminum alloy curing film. The forming liquid is composed of, by weight, 2-3 parts of citric acid, 0.7-1 part of polyepoxysuccinic acid, 100-110 parts of bis-(gamma-triethoxysilylpropyl)-tetrasulfide, 0.1-0.2 part of 2-Octyl-3(2H)-isothiazolone, 10-12 parts of butyl titanate, 3-5 parts of multiwalled carbon nanotubes, 0.8-1 part of cerous nitrate, 0.3-1 part of trimethylolpropane, 0.08-0.1 part of polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.7-1 part of 8-hydroxyquinoline, 1-2 parts of inositol hexaphosphate and 0.1-0.2 part of pyromellitic acid dianhydride. The 2-Octyl-3(2H)-isothiazolone, the citric acid, the 8-hydroxyquinoline and the like are added to the curing film so that the corrosion resistance of the curing film can be improved effectively, and the protection effect on an aluminum alloy base material is enhanced. |
