Summary:The invention discloses an oleanic acid molecularly imprinted polymer based on computer simulation and a preparation method thereof and application. The method for preparing the oleanic acid molecularly imprinted polymer based on computer simulation comprises a first step of computer simulation of an oleanic acid molecularly imprinted polymer preassembly system; a second step of preparation of an imprinted polymer; a third step of elution of template molecules; and a fourth step of drying of the imprinted polymer. The selection of MIP preparation conditions is guided theoretically, part of conventional experimental attempts are replaced through computer simulation, experiment times of groping synthesis conditions and unnecessary reagents and artificial consumption can be reduced greatly, the imprinting working efficiency and the adsorption of MIPs are improved, and the method is favorable for disclosing the identification principle of the molecularly imprinted polymer. Moreover, OA can be adsorbed specifically simply quickly, and selective separation and efficient enrichment of the OA are achieved.
