Summary: | A modular internal circulation floatation-filtration device comprises a cylinder body, wherein a liquidometer port, a water inlet and a pressure transmitter port are formed in the side wall of the cylinder body from top to bottom in sequence, a water outlet is formed in the bottom end of the cylinder body, a filler support is arranged at the near-bottom end of the interior of the cylinder body and comprises a vertical supporting plate and a horizontal perforated plate, a long-handle filter head is arranged in each hole of the perforated plate, and walnut shell filters are erected on the perforated plate; a center cylinder is arranged at the center of the cylinder body, the upper end port and the lower end port of the center cylinder are in the shape of a horn, a water inlet pipeline is arranged on the water inlet and is in tangential connection with the side wall of the center cylinder, a stirring shaft is arranged in the center cylinder, a stirring blade is arranged at the tail end of the stirring shaft, and the upper end of the stirring shaft stretches out of the top end of the cylinder body to be connected with a stirrer. Internal circulation, oil slick (residue) air floatation and filtering separation are integrated, the novel walnut shell filters are adopted, the process load is increased, the equipment area is reduced, backwashing time is shortened, backwashing water consumption is reduced, backwashing efficiency is improved, and equipment investment cost and installation cost are reduced. |
