A fly-cutting tool of a honeycomb plate for inner decoration of an airplane comprises the honeycomb plate, a lower end driving rod, an upper end driving rod, two upper cutting sheets, two lower cutting sheets, cutting sheet driving devices, and a limiting device arranged on the honeycomb plate, wherein the upper cutting sheets and the lower cutting sheets which are in a folding and storing state, and the lower end driving rod are vertically inserted into through holes in the honeycomb plate, and the upper end driving rod, relative to the honeycomb plate, is kept in a vertical state through the limiting device after inserting into the corresponding through hole; a pneumatic drill connecting rod is fixed to a pneumatic drill clamp in order to obtain rotating power; the lower cutting sheets and the upper cutting sheets are driven through the cutting sheet driving devices to fold and can be unfolded to form a parallelogram together, thus forming a cutting body which is vertical to the driving rods; a pneumatic drill can supply power to drive the corresponding driving rod to rotate to cut and break a honeycomb structure so as to form a cylindrical cavity, and as a result, the fly-cutting purpose can be achieved. The fly-cutting tool is convenient and simple to operate; cutting parts are regular; therefore, the processing quality can be improved, and the labor intensity can be reduced.
