Summary:An independent phase change heat transfer type antifreezing corrosion-preventing heat pipe comprises a shell subjected to surface treatment, a corrosion-preventing heat conducting coating, independent air cavities formed in the shell subjected to surface treatment, and working media injected into the air cavities. The outer surface of the heat pipe is coated with the corrosion-preventing heat conducting coating, and is provided with an evaporation end and a condensation end, an inner groove structure and side grooves are formed in the shell subjected to surface treatment, inner grooves are formed between the evaporation end and the condensation end, the side grooves are formed in the evaporation end and the condensation end and are close to part of the side walls of the shell subjected to surface treatment, and all the air cavities are independently separated. Due to the fact that the inner grooves and the side grooves are adopted, independent phase change heat transfer channels are formed, can work respectively and do not influence other channels, and the situation that too much non-condensable gas is generated during phase changing of the liquid working media in the air cavities is avoided. Meanwhile, the surface of the shell of the heat pipe is evenly coated with the proper corrosion-preventing heat conducting coating, the weather fastness of the independent phase change heat transfer type antifreezing corrosion-preventing heat pipe can be enhanced, and the heat conducting performance of the independent phase change heat transfer type antifreezing corrosion-preventing heat pipe can be improved.
