The invention provides a drying and incineration system. Drying equipment and incineration system are in parallel arranged, so that integration of equipment is improved. A rotary shaft, a transverse tube and vertical tubes in a stirring device of the incineration equipment are arranged inside an incineration furnace; a power device and a fan are arranged outside the incineration furnace; when the incineration furnace carries out incineration operation, a power device drives the rotary shaft to rotate; meanwhile, the transverse tube and the vertical tubes move along with the rotation of the rotary shaft, so that effect of mechanically stirring materials in the incineration furnace is achieved; and a plurality of vertical tubes are arranged below the transverse tube to form a rake-shaped structure, so that the mechanical stirring effect is improved. Meanwhile, the fan is connected on a gas inlet for pumping the gas into the incineration furnace from the outside through the rotary shaft, the transverse tube and the vertical tubes in sequence, and the gas is sprayed out from a through hole, so that the materials in the incineration furnace are further stirred by virtue of flowing gas; by expanding a stirring range, the incineration furnace does not have a stirring dead angle, so that the incineration is more uniform and sufficient; and the heating efficiency and the production efficiency are improved.
