Summary: | The invention discloses a method for fast screening a disease candidate marker or target by integrating data of transcriptome, metabolome and KEGG. According to the method, the data of the transcriptome, the metabolome and the KEGG can be fast integrated, the positions of differential genes and metabolin in the KEGG can be effectively found, and in this way, a key mechanism matched with data of different omics levels and the effective candidate marker and target can be fast locked. Compared with data of the single omics level, the marker or target obtained after the data of different omics levels are integrated to prove a disease mechanism should be more credible and has better application prospects. According to the method, the data of the metabolome and the transcriptome are integrated to fast identify the disease marker or target with higher value. |
