R1 is C5-20 linear/branched alkyl group. R2 is C0-20 linear/branched alkyl group. R4 is C1-20 linear/branched alkyl group. Each of R3 and R5 is independently C1-20 linear/branched i alkyl group or C1-20 linear/branched alkoxy group. Y1 is C3-20 cycloalkyl group. Each of a and b is independently an integer of 0 to 5. D is selected from the chemical formulas in the description. Each of R6 to R11 is independently selected from C1-10 alkyl group. X1 is N, O, S, or Se. Each of c, d, and e is independently an integer of 0 to 5. A is selected from the chemical formulas in the description. Each of Z1 and Z2 is independently selected from hydrogen, alkali metal, or quaternary ammonium salt -N(R12)4. X2 is N, O, S, or Se. R12 is C1-10 alkyl group. The abovementioned dye can be applied to a photoelectric conversion device.
