One object of the present invention is to provide a bicycle control apparatus that can realize a simpler control. A gear changing control apparatus (12) for controlling a front gear shifting device (22) and a rear gear shifting device (23) having a plurality of gear stages comprises first and second gear changing operating members (44a, 45a) for inputting the shift command, gear stage sensors (22c, 23c), and a signal controller (20).
