Summary: | The invention provides an automatic feeding device for powder metallurgy shaping. The automatic feeding device for powder metallurgy shaping is high in work efficiency, accurate in positioning and capable of unloading automatically and provided with anti-useless-strike and workpiece deflection detection functions and effectively protects a shaping machine. The automatic feeding device comprises a press machine medium template, a rotary table bottom plate, a lower die and a cutter. A rotary table is provided with a plurality of containing holes and a plurality of positioning holes, and the containing holes and the positioning holes are formed in a spaced mode. The automatic feeding device further comprises a positioning mechanism, a discharging mechanism and an anti-useless-strike mechanism. The anti-useless-strike mechanism comprises an anti-useless-strike air cylinder a detection rod and an anti-useless-strike support. The anti-useless-strike support is arranged on the rotary table bottom plate, the anti-useless-strike air cylinder is arranged on the anti-useless-strike support, the bottom face of the detection rod is a plane, and the detection rod is arranged on the anti-useless-strike air cylinder. The positioning mechanism comprises a positioning air cylinder, a positioning rod and a positioning support. The discharging mechanism comprises a discharging air cylinder, a material pushing rod and a discharging support. By means of the automatic feeding device, work efficiency is improved, shaping quality is guaranteed, and automatic unloading is achieved. |
