In order to facilitate an operation for cancelling a rotation impeded state of a bezel and an operation for rotating the bezel, and prevent or suppress erroneous cancellation of the rotation impeded state in a watch, a watch is provided with: a restriction member (40) which is provided to be rotatable between a restriction position (P1) where the rotation of a bezel (30) is impeded in a state of engagement with teeth (33), and a release position (P2) where the rotation of the bezel (30) is permitted in a state of disengagement from the teeth (33), and which has engagement teeth (42); and a holding mechanism (50) which is switchable between a holding state in which the restriction member (40) is held in the restriction position (P1) and a non-holding state in which the restriction member (40) is moved to the release position (P2). The holding mechanism (50) has two push buttons (52, 52) to which a pressing operation force (F) is inputted, and a spring bar (53) and engagement holes (51d, 51d) that constitute a release mechanism which, when the pressing operation force (F) is inputted simultaneously to the push buttons (52, 52), switches the restriction member (40) from the holding state to the non-holding state regardless of whether the input is continued or not.
