A portable remote-controlled power adapter plate comprises an adapter plate body used for providing jacks for a plug, a receiving controller connected with the circuit in the adapter plate body and used for receiving a control signal to switch off or switch on the power supply of the adapter plate body, and a remote control wirelessly connected with the receiving controller and used for emitting a control signal. The adapter plate further comprises two clamping plates which are each provided with a through hole in the center area, a cylindrical connecting tube of which the two ends are respectively connected to the edges of the through holes in the center areas of the two clamping plates, and a cable which is wound on the connecting tube and of which one end is connected with the receiving controller and the other end is used for being connected with a binding post. The adapter plate body and the receiving controller are disposed in the connecting rube, and the adapter plate body is close to any end of the connecting tube to make the jacks on the adapter plate body arranged outward so that the plug can be easily plugged in. The adapter plate of the invention can be easily connected to a binding post at the position of the power supply, and on-off of the power supply can be remotely controlled by the remote control.
