The packaging device comprises a rectangular metal box body (1) with a rectangular metal box cover (2), a first metal arch bridge (3), a second metal arch bridge (4) and a planar circuit (9), wherein the rectangular metal box body (1) is a metal block provided with a first cuboid groove (12), a side face of the rectangular metal box body (1) is provided with a first circular hole (10), another side face opposite to the side face is provided with a second circular hole (11), the first circular hole (10) is internally provided with a first glass insulator (7), the second circular hole (11) is internally provided with a second glass insulator (8), and the first metal arch bridge (3) and the second metal arch bridge (4) are arranged on the planar circuit (9). The packaging device has advantages of easy processing, low cost and high performance.
