Summary:The invention discloses a key assembly and an electronic device. The key assembly is arranged in a housing of the electronic device; the key assembly comprises a circuit board, a shaft lever, a limiting part, a contact part and an elastic part; the circuit board is arranged in the housing, and the circuit board is provided with a first contact and a second contact; the shaft lever passes through the housing and the circuit board, and the shaft lever is provided with a first end and a second end; the limiting part is positioned in the second end of the shaft lever; the contact part is positioned between the housing and the circuit board; and the elastic part is coupled between the shaft lever and the circuit board, wherein when the shaft lever drives the contact part to move towards the circuit board to enable the contact part to be in contact with the second contact, the second contact is electrically connected with the first contact through the contact part to generate electric signals.
