Summary: | The invention provides a potassium titanate friction material. The potassium titanate friction material is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of potassium carbonate, 20-40 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of stearic acid, 15-35 parts of aramid fiber, 15-25 parts of caprolactam, 1-5 parts of silane coupling agent and 0.2-0.8 part of sodium hydroxide. Compared with the prior art, the potassium titanate friction material prepared by the invention not only has the advantages of being capable of reducing brake noise and reducing the content of heavy metal sulfides in the prior art, but also can remarkably improve the frictional wear property. |
