The invention discloses an impregnating solution of soft melamine foam. The impregnating solution comprises the following raw materials: fluorocarbon resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin with a low molar ratio, a solvent, a pH regulator and an organic silicon surfactant. The invention discloses a preparation method of the impregnating solution of soft melamine foam. The melamine-formaldehyde resin with the low molar ratio is prepared from formaldehyde, melamine, water and sodium pyrosulfite. The invention discloses an impregnation treatment method in which the impregnating solution of soft melamine foam is used. The impregnation treatment method comprises the steps of impregnating the soft melamine foam into the impregnating solution, and then, sequentially carrying out extruding, drying, baking and cooling treatment. The soft melamine foam impregnated by using the impregnating solution disclosed by the invention has lasting hydrophobic and oleophobic effects, meanwhile, the flame retardance of the original soft melamine foam is remained, the mechanical property of the soft melamine foam is remarkably improved, and the impregnating solution can be widely applied to the fields of buildings, traffics and industries and has popularization and application values.
