Summary: | The invention provides a calcium carbide smelting process by an oxygen heating method. The processing process is realized with supports of a fusion reacting furnace, a preheater, a drier, a heat exchanger, pure oxygen equipment and raw materials, wherein, pulverized quick lime is preheated to 950-1200 DEG C by the preheater; coke powder or semi-coke powder or coal dust or mixed carbonaceous powder are preheated to 200-400 DEG C by the drier, and the water content is reduced to less than 1%; preheated raw materials are injected into the fusion reacting furnace, the combustion temperature is 1500-2500 DEG C, liquid state calcium carbide generates in the condition, the liquid state calcium carbide is discharged from a calcium carbide outlet of the fusion reacting furnace, and gas generated in the fusion reacting furnace is discharged from a gas outlet at a furnace roof; the process solves the technology problem of the calcium carbide smelting process by the oxygen heating method, and environmental protection and energy saving effects are solved. |
