Summary: | The invention provides a polycrystalline silicon bagging metering control system. Crushed polycrystalline silicon block materials are at least screened into block materials of two specifications through a screening device. A first material conveying device is used for conveying the block materials of the large specification to a metering hopper, and a second material conveying device is used for conveying the block materials of the small specification to the metering hopper. According to the weight of the large-specification block materials stored in the metering hopper at present, the first material conveying device is controlled to stop, and the second material conveying device is controlled to start. According to the total weight of the large-specification block materials stored in the metering hopper at present and the small-specification block materials stored in the metering hopper at present, the second material conveying device is controlled to stop, and manual participation is not needed in the whole process. Automatic polycrystalline silicon bagging metering is achieved, it is guaranteed that the weight of single bags of polycrystalline silicon products can be in high precision, the manual workload is reduced, the labor intensity is lowered, and labor cost is effectively reduced. |
