Summary: | The invention relates to an integrally-formed housing structure for a touring car and a machining method thereof, which belong to the field of automobile parts. The integrally-formed housing structure for the touring car comprises two glass fiber reinforced plastic layers and a structural foaming layer, wherein the structural foaming layer is arranged between the two glass fiber reinforced plastic layers; the glass fiber reinforced plastic layers are composite layers in which resin layers and fiber layers are alternately arranged; and holes and/or grooves for the resins to penetrate through are formed in the structural foaming layer. The machining method comprises the following machining steps of making a female die and blending the resins; machining a structural foam; brushing a mold release agent on the female die; spraying a gel coat to the female die; coating the resins to the female die; laying the fiber layers on the female die; tightly pressing the female die by using a steel roll; repeating the process; pasting the structural foam on the female die and coating the resins to the female die so that the resins permeate into the structural foam; repeating the resin coating and fiber layer laying processes; and curing the female die. The integrally-formed housing structure for the touring car, provided by the invention, has the advantages of simple making process, convenient operation, high strength of a made shell, light weight, strong anti-impact performance, high heat insulation performance, high sound insulation performance, high hardness, long service life and the like. |
